Forum Changes

Did some changes on the forums tonight, I think some of the sections were getting a bit overlapping making it confusing. New UE links section added too.

New guidelines for posting pictures -

- pics of state hospitals go in the state hospital section
- any other UE type pictures go in the UE section
- non UE pics go in the off topic pictures section
- the photography discussion section is now only for discussion

I think this will make it a bit less confusing

What does everything think? I'm willing to make changes if people don't like the new system. The other choice is have one big forum for all pictures, and keep others to just discussion, but I its better keeping the hospital stuff and ue stuff together.

Also, as of today Stryder is now a global moderator. He'll be helping keep things organized, and keeping those bots under control.

I just changed the settings so you have to verify your email when signing up, I didn't realize that was off, should at least slow down the bot invasions a bit.

Changed this forum a bit, now just for feedback/discussion on the site, the news is going to be in the blog forum anyway, so kind of redundant to post it here too.
