man that's terrible. we had problems with our photagrapher too but with the video. when we got it they spelled the word wedding wrong on the video, and then when the ceremony part was taped on the video it segways into the next scene and the put church. we did not get married in a church, we got married at the reception hall. we never went as far as suing. my husband threatend the guy and he fixed the video at no charge.
