this guy was doing like 60 in 30 on his nice hog in my hood, broad sided a pickup pulling out of a gas station..he was lucky to be alive... I was back in traffic a few cars and had the camera with me. I walked right through the police tape like usual, hey i'm with newsday !

Nice Job. I had a guy drop his bike right in front of me. Sunrise Hwy, 65 mph. Scared the shit out of me. To this day I dont know how I didnt hit him.

This past summer we had a good one down the road where I live...

A guy on a motorcycle going 90 in the 40 hit a woman turning into her driveway.
She was stopped taking a left into her driveway. there were two cars stopped behind her.
He came up behind them. Moved into the left lane. As she turned into her driveway hit her SUV on the drivers side door.

He died on site. Dumbass. There are fields (corn on the left/grass on the right) on BOTH sides of the road. He had to have been going so fast he couldn't ditch into a field before he hit her vehicle.
She went to UMASS in a helicopter. She is okay now. (head injuries are always LifeStar)
Here is the kicker: she is the assistant manager of the school buses for our town.

I live further down the road right before "killer corner" Wicked 90 Degree Corner 6 foot Stonewall on one side, 15 foot drop river basin on the other, swamp at the far end of the corner, 400 year old oak tree if you miss the swamp. 16 accidents in the last 10 years. One was a cop. Killed while directing traffic around another accident. Speed Limit 40, take it below 50 and you are fine. It's idiots who try and do the corner at 70-90 mph who end up in the woods or worse.
