UE NEWS: Byberry Demolition Complete

According to the Byberry myspace, as of today all buildings have been completely demolished :cry:

I'm really going to miss that place, I'm glad I got to visit once, but I wish I could have gotten back more. Despite all the vandalism, it was still an amazing place.

Demolition is NOT complete. As of 1/21/07, N-10 is only 35% gone.

byberry was by far the best place i have to,and i have been to 6 or 7 asylums..despite the vandalism it was an interesting place to check out..i got there 3 times about 3 weeks before the demo started,and i am very glad i got there in time

I only made it to Byberry once, but it was one of my favorite places even with all the vandalism. Especially like the old C section. The vandalism didn't even both me the way it would in other places, theres just so much of it you learn to ignore it lol. I loved how everything is so well connected, that you'd never have to leave once your inside. I just wish I'd gotten back that at least one more time with a decent camera, all I had was point and shoot back then, and no tripod, so almost all my pictures are horrible flash, except the few decent ones I have up on here.
