Portfolio Potential

This is really the only shot right now that might get into my portfolio for Governor's School.
Feedback please.

I think it's pretty good, you could probably play around with it in photoshop and make it a little bit better, but I like it the way it is. How hard is it to get into the photo program?

I would say that it is pretty damn hard.
The arts accepts only 230 students in all 4 divisions, music, visual arts, theatre, and dance. I'm doing photography & film/video in visual arts which also applies to painting, sculpting, and some other stuff. So, it'll be pretty hard.
