Im psyched cant wait. I have my legendary edition preordered and my 360 is back from repairs. I have every season of RvB on dvd i think the last season goes on dvd soon and i will be picking that up.
I would get Halo 3, but I don't even have a 360. And considering I want to buy a new $550 camera and a $280 part for my car, I doubt I'll be getting one any time soon. I really wanna play it, but I don't wanna spend $400+ just for one game.

I can't wait for this game..even though I do not have a 360. I will be able to play it at my friends house and it will be greatness because we will stay up all night playing it and sleep all day..which means more fun times!!

Just picked up RvB season 5. When halo3 comes out we should do a custom online game together. My xbox live tag is hex360
Actually we should do some Halo 2 online in the meanwhile too to get back in shape!
I'm AeroFennec25 on Live. I got to get a working TV though lol.

I would be up for a game now but im watching RvB from season 1 too 5 this way i can remeber what happen in the previous seasons and season 5 makes sense.

the other day i happen too catch ups dropping of halo 3 at the west babylon gamestop. So stores are already getting them.
I know my store is going to start getting shipments in tonight.
Funny thing, this morning was the release of the Halo 3 edition Xbox 360. My store only had 3, and there were 20 people outside the door. They all come pouring in and I tell everyone to get in a line in the order they came, and everyone seemed excited. I pulled out the 3 Xbox's, and everyone looked at me like I had 3 heads. They asked "You didn't get any Wii's?" "No," I said. 18 people left, except 1 kid with his grandma.
Isn't that fucking sad? From 8am-3pm, we only sold 2 Halo 3 Edition Xbox 360's, but I must have gotten asked 25 times if we had Wii's.

I don't see the point of the special edition Xbox, everyone who wants one already has one by now, and I don't see many people rebuying a $400 Xbox for that.

Also as a bit of a warning the ending has already made it onto youtube so if you enjoy the single player campaign then tread the internet cautously for atleast the next week(asuming you can beat halo3 in a day).

I wish I could. The computers won't allow me to sell them until the 25th, and if I stole it, I will undoubtably get arrested.
I don't see the point of that, if they have it they should just be allowed to sell it. What do they gain by making everyone wait?

They release it the same day too make it fair i guess. Stores reseave them at diffrent times.

Me either im all payed up on the game just got too go pick it up. I will be going at midnight. Any who is getting it at a gamestop should go early. I was told today that they will ring the game threw early so that when 12am comes around they will be able too get you out quicker.

Well so much for getting it tonight, I went at midnight at there must have been at least a hundred people on line, it went out of the store and down the sidewalk....took one look at that and decided I'll get it until tomorrow, I'd have been on line until like 2am at least lol.

The game is great and the story is SO good.

Finished. Seemed pretty easy. Wasn't a single part I got caught up on on Heroic. The Same difficulty in halo 2 gives me a lot of troublesome spots.
Definatly easier then Halo 2 was. I did on on Normal in co op though, just wanted to get through it once. I'm sure Heroric or at least Legendary will be a lot more of a challenge.
My only complaint is it seemed way to short.

Took me about 4 hours non-stop.
I keep reading theres a really important cut scene after the credits...and I turned it off at the credits last night {SMILIES_PATH}/sad.gif
Oh well, I guess I got to wait until I beat it again to see that lol

Anyone understand the whole meta game / campaign points achievement thing? I sort of get it but not like exactly how you get points or what they all mean.
Me and Stryder just started playing through it on Legendary, its SO much more fun that way then it was on Normal yesterday.

I don't know how to use meta- whatever. Also, the movement of the action or use button from X to RB really pisses me off. You have no idea how many times I throw a bubble shield when I mean to hop in a worthog.

Yeah, I HATE how they changed the controls for that, I'm STILL pressing the wrong buttons when I try to dual wield or get in a warthog.
When you think about it the new ones do actually make more sense, but to many years of playing with the old ones, its just automatic.

I only played one online game so far. Im going thre campaign on normal. I will be on in a little bit if anyone wants to play. Has anyone messed around with forge or theater section of the game. Im convinced i can make a movie with halo3 using these 2 features.

I played!I actually learned how to play X-box 360 AND Halo.
Im ok at it.But I think its awesome.I don't have a gamer tag so I just play as a guest under my bfs.Ray is yours AeroFennec on there too?If so Ill have him add you so maybe we can start a match.He has an awesome custom map thats fun to mess around on.

I canceled my original one when I wasn't going to play for a while, then Microsoft wouldn't let me get the same name back

im stupid i just started playing campaign like two days ago ive been playing it on live for awhile i like it on live and in campaign it's an awesome game.
I need to start playing again, I haven't been on in like 2 weeks now.
I always get really into it for a while, then lost interest for months, which is why I never actually get very good online.

eh im kinda done with Halo 3, Halo 2 was amazing only because it was the BEST online game out for the xbox. But now that theres the 360, Halo 3 is boring compared to the other amazing games out there.

I really like it.Ive been waiting to steal Assasins Creed from him too.I won't buy it though because Im afraid Ill get bored of it.

I'm getting madden 08, tony hawks proving ground, guitar hero III and call of duty 4 for xmas and i had to send my 360 back to microsoft becuase of that three light thing its a big problem with the systems so i wont be getting it back till early january. untill than 360 upsets me.

I have the oddest glitch with my 360, sometimes, the audio output just sounds like 8-bit fuzzy shit. The first time it happened I just didn't play for a while and it was fine the next time, the more recent (last night) time, i switched from HDMI to Component, booted it and it worked, then switched back, and it worked.

COD 4 is amazing! its better than halo 3 in my opinion. getting all 1000 points in a week was the most fun ive had haha. and the multiplayer is even better

I got my 360 back on friday they sent it back to me in a week instead of a month! I'm so happy to play it again. I can't wait for call of duty 4 when i get it ive played it at my friends house and couldn't put it down!

Exactly same with me what was the problem? Mine had the three red flashing lights and said it would take a month and got it back at the end of the week.
I had the flashing lights too, not sure what they meant.
Now I can't play online though, or even get achievements, cause my gamertag thing is on my aunts Xbox, I need to do recover gamertag, and of course that won't work because Xbox.com says "Users may also experience issues recovering gamertags. ". The one time ever that I actually need to do that, its down ::)

The red flashing lights of doom is very common with early aged 360's. It's pretty much a system failure that needs to be fixed by Microsoft.
Mine wasn't even a launch one, I got it like a year after they came out and I had that problem.
And I'M GOING TO KILL THIS THING NOW!!! I never even used account reovery until last week so I could play it on my aunts and no it won't let me have the stupid account back!!!!! >:( I've spent the last hour typing in the account over and over and it just gives me the not avaible message.
And I found out when I do finally get it back I lose all the achievments I got playing offline today.
The one and only time I use the stupid recover thing, and the day I get mine back has to be the one time it goes down . >:( >:( {SMILIES_PATH}/angry.gif:(" title="Angry" />
This is why I hate Microsoft....and why I love my Mac...to bad Apple dosn't make a game system lol
